Update Profile Details

Keeping your Pulsetic profile up-to-date ensures accurate account information and allows you to customize your experience. Here's how to modify or add details to your profile:

Steps to Update Your Profile

Step 1: Access Your Profile

  1. Log in to your Pulsetic account.
  2. Click on the Profile option within your account's navigation menu.
  3. Ensure the Profile tab is selected.
  4. Select the Edit Profile button.

Step 2: Modify Your Profile Details

  1. Within the pop-up window, you can edit or add the following information:
    • Full Name: Enter your complete name as you want it to appear on your Pulsetic account.
    • Phone Number: Provide your current phone number.
    • Email: If you need to change your email address, enter the new one here. For security reasons, you will be required to enter your current Pulsetic password to confirm this change.
    • Invoice recipient e-mail (optional): If you want subscription payment notifications sent to a different email address than your primary account email, enter it in this field. Leaving it blank means you will not receive separate payment confirmation emails.
    • Custom invoice information: This section allows you to add specific details to your invoices. You'll find up to four pairs of "Name" and "Value" text fields. Use these to include information like VAT numbers, purchase order numbers, or any other details your accounting requires.
    • Extra information: You can also provide additional details:
      • City
      • State
      • Postal code
      • Country
      • Tax Country
      • Tax No.
      • Timezone: Select your correct timezone from the dropdown menu.
      • Address
    • Send weekly email reports about my websites: If you wish to receive a weekly summary of your website monitoring performance via email, ensure the checkbox next to this option is ticked. To stop receiving these reports, simply uncheck the box.
  2. After making your modifications, hit the Update button to save your changes.
