Keyword Monitoring

Sometimes you want to make sure certain words are showing up on your website. This can help you know if important information is there or if something unexpected has appeared. Pulsetic can watch for these keywords.

How to Set Up

1. Add a monitor.
2. Go to the monitor's Advanced Settings.
3. Within the Advanced Settings, select Response Settings.
4. In the Response Text, type the specific words or phrases that you want Pulsetic to find on the web page.
5. If you want Pulsetic to find the keywords regardless of whether they are uppercase or lowercase, make sure the Case insensitive box is checked. If you also want the capitalization to match exactly, leave it unchecked.
6. If you want to be alerted when a specific word or phrase is not present on the page, look for the Not in response checkbox. Check this box and enter the keyword(s) you want to ensure are absent from the page.
7. Make sure to click Update.
