Why is the Monitor Paused?
On Pusletic, monitors can be paused for several reasons. These may be triggered either by user actions or by automated system rules designed to maintain performance and reliability.
Below are the most common reasons your monitor may be paused:
Common Reasons for Paused Monitors
- Manual Pause by User - The monitor was manually paused by the user via the dashboard controls.
- Monitor Offline for More Than 7 Days - If a monitor remains offline for more than 7 consecutive days, it is automatically paused. This helps us identify and clean up inactive or abandoned monitors.
- Inactive User Account (Over 3 Months) - If a user hasn’t logged in for more than 3 months, the account is considered inactive. In this case, all associated monitors will be paused. We send email alerts before this action takes place, giving users a chance to log in and prevent the pause. This process ensures our systems remain efficient and free from abandoned accounts.
- Subscription Downgrade - When a subscription is downgraded and the number of monitors exceeds the new plan limit, the excess monitors will be paused automatically.
