Heartbeat Overview and Metrics

The Heartbeat Overview page acts as the performance dashboard for your scheduled task. It displays real-time status, historical metrics, and the essential URL needed for integration, ensuring you have clear visibility into the monitor's health and reliability.

Step 1: Access the Heartbeat Overview

1. Navigate to the Heartbeat page from the left-hand menu.
2. Locate the Heartbeat you wish to review.
3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the Heartbeat's name.
4. Select Overview from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Review Key Metrics

• Request URL:
  • Verify the unique URL (available for POST or GET requests) that your scripts must ping.
• Uptime Chart:
  • Review the chart showing uptime percentage over time. Use the filter to select time ranges (e.g., Last 30 days, Today).
• Key Metrics:
  • Confirm the current Last check status, total Uptime/Downtime percentage, configured Monitoring interval, and Grace period.
• Detailed Statistics:
  • Provides aggregated metrics, filterable by date using a calendar selector:
    • Time Period
    • Uptime / Downtime
    • Incidents
    • Longest incident
    • Average incident
• Events: Review the chronological log of all status changes and alerts related to the Heartbeat.
