SMS/Calls Notifications
Configure SMS/Calls notifications to receive instant alerts when your monitor experiences issues. You can add phone numbers for your teammates, with the number of phones you can add based on the subscription's team size.
All the SMS/Calls alerts are renewed every month.
Setup Steps
- On the Alerts tab, select SMS/Calls.
- Enter your phone number and tap Add Phone Number.
- Choose how you want to receive alerts: by text message (SMS), phone call (Calls), or both.
- Use the Test button to verify your SMS/Calls setup.
Note:
You only have three test sends available per day.
