How to set up Alert notifications
Overview
You can set up different alert notifications through the following:
Notification settings
Step 1. Go to your Monitors page: https://app.pulsetic.com/monitors and click the three dots next to the Latest Check information of the Monitor you want to update.
Step 2. Select Alerts.
Step 3. Once on the Alerts page, you can see the available types of Alerts.
Email notifications
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, click on Email.
Step 2. Add your Email Address and click Add Email.
SMS/Calls notifications
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, select SMS/Calls.
Step 2. Add your Phone Number and click Add Phone Number.
Slack notifications
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, select Slack.
Step 2. Add the Webhook URL and click Add Webhook.
Follow the instructions on the page to create your Slack Webhook URL.
Telegram notifications
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, click on Telegram.
Step 2. Select where you want to add the pulsetic bot.
Follow the instructions on the page to set up the Telegram Notifications for Telegram groups and private chats.
Twilio SMS & Voice notifications
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, select Twilio SMS or Twilio Voice.
Step 2. Add your Twillio Account SID, Auth Token, Phone Number and click Connect Twillio.
Webhook notification
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, select Webhook.
Step 2. Add your Webhook URL and click Save.
SIGNL4 notifications
Step 1. On the Alerts tab, click on SIGNL4.
Step 2. Add your SIGNL4 webhook and click Save.
