Discord Notifications
Use Discord notifications to receive real-time alerts for your website directly within your Discord channels. Pulsetic sends alerts via POST requests to the Discord Webhook URL you provide. This allows your team to stay informed about critical issues and respond quickly, all within your existing communication platform. This guide shows you how to get website alerts from Pulsetic in your Discord channel.
Setup Steps
Step 1: Set Up Discord to Receive Alerts
- Go to the channel you want alerts in and tap the gear icon (Edit Channel).
- On the selected channel's page, select Integrations.
- In the Webhooks section, select Create Webhook.
- Give the webhook a name, e.g., "Pulsetic Alerts," and then tap Copy Webhook URL.
- Select Save Changes.

Step 2: Add Webhook to Slack Alerts in Pulsetic
- Log in to your Pulsetic account here: https://app.pulsetic.com/
- Select Monitors on the navigation.
- Select the website you want alerts for.
- Locate the Alerts tab.
- On the Alerts tab, select Discord.

Step 2: Type in the Discord Webhook URL and hit Save.
Step 3: Select which types of alerts you want to send to your Discord channel:
- Send Online Request - to notify when the monitored item comes back online
- Send Offline Request - to notify when the monitored item goes offline
- Send Ssl Expires Soon Request - to warn about expiring SSL/TLS certificates
