Status Pages
When you navigate to the Status Pages section within Pulsetic, you'll find a centralized area for managing and creating your system status updates. On the Status Pages screen, you'll see a clear overview of all the status pages you've already set up with the following information:
Title: Easy identification of each page.
Monitors: Information about the monitors that have been added to each status page.
Public Link: The direct, publicly accessible link to each status page.
This section in Pulsetic allows you to manage the status pages that will be used to communicate the status of your monitored websites.
What is a Status Page?
A status page is like a digital bulletin board that shows your customers and team whether your website or online services are working properly. It gives everyone real-time updates about what's happening with your systems: when everything's running smoothly when you're doing maintenance, or if there's an unexpected problem.
This page automatically displays important information like which parts of your service are available, when maintenance is scheduled, and updates about any outages being fixed. It takes the guesswork out of downtime by giving clear, honest updates instead of leaving users wondering what's wrong.
Why Status Pages Matter for Your Business
Status pages do more than just display outages; they transform how you communicate with users. By proactively sharing updates, you reduce frustration and uncertainty during incidents. This transparency builds trust in your brand, showing customers you value their experience.
A well-maintained status page also lightens your support team's workload. Instead of fielding repetitive "Is it down?" questions, users can check the status themselves. This self-service approach keeps both customers and internal teams informed with accurate, real-time information.
Pulsetic simplifies status page creation with intuitive tools. You get everything needed to share timely updates while maintaining your brand's look and feel. For step-by-step guidance, follow our tutorial: How to Create a Status Page
