Basic Concepts
These are the building blocks you'll use to monitor your online world:
Monitors: Your eyes on the prize! These are what you set up to watch your websites, servers, and APIs. They tell Pulsetic what to check, how, and how often.
Incidents: Uh oh, something's not right! Incidents show when your monitored assets has problems, like downtime or performance dips.
Uptime & Downtime: Good times and bad times. Uptime is when your asset is working perfectly, downtime is when it's not. Simple as that.
Response Time: How fast are you? This measures how quickly your resources respond. It's key for keeping users happy.
Tokens: Your secure keys. These let you access Pulsetic's API and features safely.
Routes: Your API pathways. These are the specific URLs you use to interact with Pulsetic's API. Think of them as the directions you give Pulsetic to get the information you need, or to make changes to your configurations, through the API.
