Supported Alert Notification Channels

When a service goes down, a performance rule triggers, or a scheduled maintenance begins, Pulsetic needs to know where to send the warning. You can connect Pulsetic to your team's preferred communication tools to ensure you are notified instantly.

Why use this? By routing alerts to the right channels, you ensure the right team members see the issue immediately, whether they are monitoring an email inbox, a Slack channel, or an incident management tool. These channels can be configured across all Pulsetic modules (Monitors, RUM, etc.).

Available Notification Channels

Pulsetic categorizes alerts into three main groups. Below is a breakdown of every supported integration you can connect to your account.

1. Email & SMS

Best for direct, immediate communication to individual team members or shared inboxes.

Channel	Description
Email	Sends a standard text email detailing the incident (Offline, Online, or Error).
SMS/Calls	Sends a direct text message or automated voice call to a designated phone number.
Twilio SMS	Uses your custom Twilio integration to route SMS messages.
Twilio Voice	Uses your custom Twilio integration to route automated voice calls.

2. Chat Apps

Best for notifying entire development, IT, or support teams in their existing workspaces.

Channel	Description
Slack	Sends an automated message directly to a designated Slack channel.
Telegram	Sends alerts to a Telegram chat or group via a bot.
Discord	Pushes incident notifications to a specific Discord server channel.
Microsoft Teams	Routes alerts into a Microsoft Teams channel for corporate environments.
Mattermost	Sends alerts to your self-hosted or cloud Mattermost workspace.

3. Developer Tools & Incident Management

Best for triggering automated workflows, logging data, or routing to advanced on-call software.

Webhook	Sends a raw JSON payload to a custom URL so you can build your own integrations.
SIGNL4	Routes alerts to the SIGNL4 mobile alerting and incident response app.
Zapier	Connects Pulsetic to thousands of other apps via Zapier workflows.
Datadog	Pushes uptime events directly into your Datadog monitoring dashboards.
